newly acquired 997.2 cab

well, new to me anyway. thought i'd take a few pictures of my 997.2 c2 cab. picked it up 2 weeks ago, came from an e46 m3 which i hated to sell. enjoying it every minute for now.

it's an 09 midnight blue/sand beige with 11K on the clock, pdk, nav, bluetooth, xm, bose, sc, heated/vented seats. my dream was to pick up a new 991 for euro delivery, however the wife nixed that real fast when she found out i could save >40K by buying slightly used.

Love the color with the turbo rims.
You've done well with the car and the wife.

Beautiful car, congrats. I came from an e93 M3, which I also hated to sell, until I started driving my 911

Congrats! I have the same color combo and year in a coupe. I came from a BMW 335XI.

I just had the Porsche Sports Exhaust installed last week. I also changed out the orange side markers on the side too. It's an easy mod and makes a big difference.

definitely plan on changing the side markers out. do you think the PSE is worth it?

Well done!

dethman-

Gorgeous car! When the wife is happy, we are all happy. My wife went out last fall and bought me my current '07 997 C4S Cabrio for our 40th wedding anniversary... can't get much better than that.
Suddenly, my wife is being asked by every car guy I know to talk to his wife and convince his wife to do the same for their next anniversary!
This is our 4th cabrio and hope you love yours as much as we have ours.

Terry

Yes i'm lovin the color, though coming from titanium silver i notice i have to do a lot more to keep it looking good.

But yes the wife is happy and we are celebrating our first anniversary this month, she bought me some laker playoff tickets. Can't complain!
