to lower or not to lower...
Nice ride, I vote 'lower'...just had Techarts installed on mine and love the new look- low to decrease the tire: wheel well gap, yet not so low as to scrape the front. The ride to me is the same as stock with respect to comfort.
I bought my 911 already lowered by the previous owner on H&R springs. I didn't care for it, especially here in the horrible Chicago roads. I never saw the benefit of the car being lowered especially if you're never going to track the car.

I actually think your car looks good. I think cars with PASM are low enough, but I'm thinking of lowering mine just a bit. Yes, just for looks. And yes, it's already cool, but I think it's just a smidgen cooler dropped down 1"

Agreed - Chicago also. If you live where roads are bad - absolutely don't lower. If you have good/smooth roads and mild weather it might be OK. I much prefer keeping cars stock.

My problem as mentioned by Carrera997re is I think he is correct. It may ride nice for a year but the shorter prongs will cause the stock struts/shocks to fail prematurely and the car will bounce. I went through this on my 993 coupe and finally solved the problem with F&R Bilstein coil overs. So for my 2 cents, if you want to lower it, do it correctly or not at all.
As an aside, I would like to lower my '10 997 C4S about 1" but my wife would: 1. flip out and 2. likely end up smashing the nose while parking.

I vote lower
with H&R Sport Springs, designed with a revised spring rate for increased driving convenience with great handling characteristics. OE Sport Springs offer a mild lowering to cleanup that "too high-rally-stock look." Stock ride comfort is retained.
Front lowering: 1.2 in
Rear lowering: 1.2 in
