Head unit install with Bose premium

Hi All,

Just finished replacement of PCM with new Pioneer Avic-w8400 nex. After visiting one of the installers who never got back to me I've decided to do it on my own. Overall I'm extremely happy with final result although there's few minor bugs which don't seem to be possible to be eliminated. Getting auto calibrating microphone seems to be a must in order to get decent sound with MOST HUR. Can't wait to enjoy few road trips with new entertainment

That looks great. How did you get the new head unit to display the Porsche crest on startup? I'm wanting to do something similar on my '12.

Thanks Kellen! Original owner really "invested" into interior of this car. I bought it over 8 years ago and now looking to redo few leather pieces due to wear and damage.

Pioneer units got an option of downloading your own splash screen and background image. Set up was piece of cake. Not sure if other brands offer the same.

My GF got me entire kit including trim from euromotorspeed minus the logo which I added afterwards.

Looks great! You will appreciate modern tech.
Mine have Pioneer 8100NEX with aftermarket amp. I like it a lot.
