Just thinking outside the box. How cool would it be if you could pick what voice your navigation had. For example, Clint Eastwood, Marlyn Monroe, Sean Connery, or Scarlet Johansson. If you could pick what voice would you pick?

A recently got rid of a Range Rover. Both male and female voices spoke with British accents. I've said since then how muchc money someone could make with an ebonics program for many nav systems. I mean seriously, no baller wants to be ridin' roun' in his 'Slade and then some whitey republican man comes on and tells him where to turn.

Wouldn't that be great?

Seriously, I don't think that custom voices are too far from reality. Look at how much money is being made on custom ringtones for phones. Another concept would be to award the voice of Porsche to a significant person. Pick someone that has the same philosophy as Porsche. Performance, dedication, discipline...blah, blah, blah. For instance, this year it could be Lance Armstrong. It would be kinda cool too because it would be historically connected to the model year.
