No, I was on street tires and he was on r-compounds. I would have spun in 4th gear.

But, I think he's faster than I am...regardless.

sick car. I'm this close to getting the rpm 4.10 or 3.90 rear end also. Do you think the 4.10s would be okay or too much?

If you live at the dragstrip, I'd say a 4:10 would be perfect...but for street driving, it may be a bit too much.

. I am shopping around for a hood and love yours. I was wondering if you had any more pics of your hood. Maybe a front end shot? Also how was the fitment? Did you paint the hood or leave it carbon fiber?

Mine is the fiberglass version because I wanted it painted to match my car. You can also get CF, but I wouldn't recommend painting it.

Fitment is very good. Check out MTIracing.com for more shots of thier hoods.

Awesome project, dude. I know my cammed Z06 with 345mm BFG DR's is a blast with "only" 520 rwhp.....yours must really be something else!
