The 997S 0-60 time is low primarily because Porsche changed the gearing. I don't think the 997 Turbo will go much faster 0-60 unless it's gearing is changed too.

In that same Road and Track mag was a Chevrolet ad for the Z06 claiming quarter in 11.7 @ 125 mph so it must be pretty close to that to put it in their ad.
Check this seems reasonable that this car could do that time based on it's weight:
