- Eurocharged V1 Tune for Vantage V8 -

UPDATE: Newer V2 Tune has bee released....

https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ml#post4035386

V1 Tune Overall specs:

The long wait is FINALLY over .... You have no idea how long & intense of a project this was but after months of hard work I have finally be able to get my car custom dyno tuned by a local tuner in town.

Peak gain: 31.4 HP @ REAR WHEELS aka 39.25HP @ crank (yes you read that correctly, view dyno in writeup) ...
Benefits: Tuned directly through OBD2 port in minutes!
Gas Mileage: TBD, but it should improve drastically
Price: please view writeup as posting prices on forum is apparently not allowed

The review is long and comprehensive and covers a lot of areas so I won't ruin it, its an absolute must read (you won't believe the results)

Nicely done! It's great that they're able to tune it through the OBD port. Bumping up the rev limiter is a nice touch. Were they able to improve throttle response for a sportier feel?

Thanks for the write-up and being the 'guinea pig' for all of us! I feel especially lucky to live in Houston and benefit first hand from your trials.

Wow, that's impressive! Could you explain what you mean by remote tuning?

thumbs up!

were there any concerns of the tune being too aggressive or revving too high! i know this can be debated forever but what were the tuner's thoughts?

and i just want to throw it out there, us houston guys need to get together!

I don't think there's a speed limiter in the vantage, I have done 170+ MPH and still pulling slowly.

good news indeed, thanks for the effort. Is there any concern about cats overheating due to the leaner afr?
