It arrived late Friday afternoon. The general manager asked the tech if he would mind coming in on Saturday morning to do a pre-delivery inspection but he said not on his day off. Then he told him it was for my car and he said he would stay late and do it that night! They didn't want me to have to wait until next week to get the car. Several people at my dealership have become good friends through the years and I am honored that they do nice things like this for me.
I went to pick it up yesterday morning with my wife. I told them not to even bother cleaning it as I would do it when I got home. It still had the plastic protecting the seats, sills, carpets, etc. It even had the stickers for the ship that it sailed on across the Atlantic stuck on the windshield. Everyone at the dealership was stunned by the Alloro Green. This is the first one ordered there in that color. Mine will probably be one of the most highly spec'd GTs. It has:
