The carbon exhaust tips and parcel shelf are not options on the GT. They are Q items that can be ordered from the factory and dealer (or handy owner) installed. They are in the brochure to show that they exist. Karl is right. As usual.
People on the Pistonheads forum are not fans of the yellow sills. Frankly, it's the one thing I'm a bit unsure of as it may be too bold; but I feel the sides look too dark and monotone without a splash of color. I will probably be making the inner side strake area in yellow when I switch to the carbon fiber ones. This will tie it in with the front grille inner lipstick scheme. I'm open to other suggestions if you've got some cool ideas.
The yellow sills stood out to me, too. But the car needs something yellow on the sides to tie together the chapstick (what else to call it?) and the rear diffuser (I believe you're dong that in yellow, too?). Maybe the door mirrors? Or maybe the strakes will be enough to do the job.

I'm a bit skeptical about the strake area but your instincts are usually so right that I'm looking forward to being wrong. I generally dislike the strakes in carbon but with the pop of yellow, I just might like the whole combo.
I was going to recommend the carbon sills but isn't the problem (well, not "problem") that the green is so dark that the yellow is meant to help brighten up the look of the car?
I'm actually planning to get those carbon sills on my car
I've been lurking on PH for a long, long time. Finally registered a day or two ago lol

IMHO, the yellow on the sills overpowers the rest of the car. Whereas the yellow nose is most def. minimalist, the sills scream look at me. I don't think they're bad tho.
Perhaps less prominent yellow on the sills ie narrower?
Look at me, talking about this spectacular car, I'd sell my left *** for!!

Chris, I encourage and welcome the discussion/suggestions. I won't be offended if the final outcome is not to everyone's liking. This is just fun. As I mentioned on Pistonheads:
This is why I love vinyl: I get to try any combinations I like and, if I don't like it or get bored with it, I can easily change it with no damage or ill effects. Had I ordered the graphics pack, I would have been stuck with Aston's yellow scheme and I really don't like the contrasting a-pillar/cant rails.

Vinyl! Wow, since doing my sills and seeing what you and others have done with it. The stuff is great! Also gives the flexibility of changing things up a bit!

After looking at pictures of other GTs in this thread I decided that I like the look of the GT stripe after all. The only reason I didn't order it with my car (it was a no-cost delete option) was because the stripe they put on the Alloro Green cars like mine is white (pale gray actually) in color and it just looked odd with the other (graphics pack) accents being yellow.
So I decided to make my own stripe in yellow—as it properly should've been in my opinion in the first place. I figured I should probably do the harder part first with my custom GT4 logo that shows the green color beneath it.
After putting on the first piece I realized that, maybe, I don't need to do a full stripe. Just the little bit with the logo behind the door looked kind of cool and was "just enough yellow" without having it overwhelm, yet tying in with the other yellow bits at the front and rear.
So here's what it looks like so far. I welcome your opinions. Should I keep it like this, extend it so it goes between the front & rear wheels, or make it like the factory stripe which continues on the front and rear bumpers.? What do you guys think?
