At the risk of receiving serious flames:
That guy is very deliberate about the keying. You see him move to the far end of the car, glance around, etc. This isn't the behavior of a ****** who's just walking by and wants to ruin something to make himself feel powerful. I really want to know what went on to make him want to do that. Was the Vantage driver a troll A-hole who did something really bad to the guy with the baby? Cuz, WTF, that guy seems like he's getting revenge.

That said, vandalism is the same as theft and that right there is premeditated theft of both the cash cost to the vehicle as well as the owners time to deal with all of the crap. Sure wish the criminal were forced to restore all of the cost. All justice systems I know of fail to actually recognize the true costs of offenses.
