They're 19x8.5" +35 in front, 19x9.5" +40 in the rear. Offsets are slightly conservative to allow wider tires and prevent any rubbing concerns when the suspension is under heavy load. Also helps reduce the visual effect of the body wrapping under the car around the tires, which can make the tires look like they're sticking way out at every point except the very top of the tire.

Another guy weighed the OEM wheels a long while back. Based on his weights for the OEM 19" 7-spoke wheels:
24.71 x 2 = 49.42 lbs front
27.56 x 2 = 55.12 lbs rear

And then the weights shown above:
20.890 x 2 = 41.78 lbs front (7.64 lbs less than OEM front pair)
22.375 x 2 = 44.75 lbs rear (10.37 lbs less than OEM rear pair)

So that should be an 18 lb weight loss across the four wheels

YES!! How'd the finish turn out? Nice and clean, or needed a bit of polishing to clean up?

They are very nice as is, but my young guy's will probably want to do more. I am thinking of just running them the way they come off the mill.

We got a set of blanks along with the standard ones so he could test the engraving. I can't do that with Aston's logo, nor can BC Forged, so I got them to send a set of blanks. Typically wheel companies are hesitant to do that because the center cap is how they do marketing, but I talked to them and they agreed.

Plus, I sent BC Forged the pic and they loved it they can't do it for trademark reasons, but they're car enthusiasts so they appreciate stuff like this!

Has anyone ever weighed the sportpack wheels (5 spoke split)?

The short answer is yes, but I don't recommend it.

There are at least a couple different sizes of OEM center caps, so they would need the ones that you have to make sure they're milling for the right size. There are also at least a few different finishes for the OEM center caps, so it'd be very difficult to match the exact finish.

I'll be adding this to my BC Forged thread as well.

Not much opening - all of it maybe for not. A lot of fabrication to find out we choked it off. Won't know til we run it and check temps.

Very happy with the wheels Rich - Thank You.

Sent all the gray parts back to paint. I had them shot with flat clear coat, but we are re-shooting in semi gloss to match the rear cover under the muffler.

Thanks Montana - I really like them. They tend to let the silver paint stand more on it's own. I always feel like the silver 7 spokes are too close to the silver color of the cars, washing them out.

I built a silver GTI spec, Gen 1 Scirocco back in the day. I used Eurpoean GTI wheels which were finished in natural aluminum. At that time all US spec GTI's ran natural aluminum with black high-lighted wheels. That car looked great. Sadly it was destroyed when over steered into a concrete barrier on a wet on ramp.

I am anxious to get the Vantage back on the ground.
