Those sketches jive with the description I got from my dealer contact who apparently saw the prototype in the flesh at some Aston event earlier this year. His description was DB10-ish front, DB11-ish tail lights with a VERY aggressive rear diffuser...
Looking very promising...

It certainly does. I can see where the comments about the new Vantage being a mix of a mini Vulcan and DB10 are coming from!
Time to start saving!

Yup, that's what we need, a Vantage equipped with an AMG fart machine. Pass.
I absolutely adore the Vulcan, and if the actual car looks as good as the rendering, that'll be the second AM in my garage.

I am confused...nothing new I guess...but while everyone is against the new engine... according to MotorTrend and Automobile mags
The engine was designed by Aston Martin engineering but build by Benz...
Does anyone know if true or just some editors guessing?

I read this about the new v8 engine, which is the same as the v8 in the DB11:
"To make sure DB11s fitted with the Mercedes engine feel (and perform) like a true Aston, the engineers in Gaydon have fitted a bespoke air intake, a new exhaust and wet sump lubrication. A unique software map should make the DB11 feel different to, say, the E63 AMG and AMG GT with which it shares an engine."
So it basically has an Aston Martin intake, exhaust, and software.
If that makes this engine an Aston Martin engine, then our tuners and sponsors on this board get to claim many engines in their name too! Lol
