Anyone need a ballast or washer pump&cover?

Keep the ballast and pump as spares - you never know. If you have no use for the silver plastic shrouds I'll buy them off you and get you to ship 'em to my place in the US.

Speaking of the washers [even though you weren't], ASAIK mine have never worked even once. Are they on a separate fuse that may be blown?

All they do is make a mess, headlamps need to be on to enable spray with the windscreen washers. They are on a dedicated circuit under hood fuse box #26 (20AMP) fuse. So if someone didn't want them to work, pull the fuse. Everything else will work.

I know, I had a seller in Florida demonstrate his worked and he immediately had to pull out a towel and dry off his bonnet. I'd just like to know if they DO work

THANKS!

Before I’d let the washers work on any of these headlights I’d make sure they were resealed perfectly. .

Edit: Added the details from the WM re: Headlamp Washing

My bad, off topic again.

My fuse 26 is fine, but my lights are always on automatic. Is it the "automatic" that makes a difference?

No sir, on is on regardless of manual or auto position. Pumps can seize from lack of use. Supply lines are robust, and the pump is 2x the size of the windscreen pump. More audible so if you not hearing two different tones , could be the pump.

Thanks, next time it's raining out I'll stand outside the car and hit the washer button and see if I hear any pump action.
