I just asked a former Gaydon employee who specialized in electrical issues about your problem. He responded with this...

"​​​​​​Hello Matt. Since the EPB and front/rear LEDs are on completely different circuits, yes, that is potentially a CEM-P1 issue and needs investigation. It would be worth looking at the DIM (Driver Information Module) a.k.a. the instrument cluster, too."
