I would replace the belt since it has to come off anyway (unless you replaced it before).
Replace all, just like lights and brakes while you have an issue with one item why not replace everything involved? As mentioned above age and rubber have a lifetime.
I am in the process of doing this on my '07 DB9 as part of a radiator project. Once the condenser and radiator are out of the way, it's an easy project. if you have a lift, it certainly helps!
The pullieys are very easy to replace as is the tensioner and the FEAD Belt. My old belt "Looked" decent, but after years of heat/cold cycles a new belt is cheap insurance!!!

I just replaced my V12 Vantage belt & tensioner, idler pulleys good, didn't need to be replaced on ine.

tensioner Gates 38250 $29 from my local parts supplier.
