I am looking into getting myself into a S5, what power mods wud be available?

Hi guys,

I really like the new S5 and would like to get into one, but I feel it will be a little slow for my taste, what would be my options, I have never owned an Audi, so I do not have much knowledge with this brand.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks

there will probably be no power mods for quite a while, maybe only exhaust other than that you will probably have to wait a bit, or nitrous

Mods should not take long. If i had 5k to spend on mods heres how it would go.

1. Milltek Non-Resonated Exhaust with Downpipes (30HP/30lbtq) ($2500)
2. Giac Engine Chip with Stratmosphere Cold Air Intake (20HP/15lbtq) ($900)
3. Stratmosphere Short Shift Kit ($200)
4. Stasis Suspension Coilovers with H Sport Sway Bars ($1700)

Maybe even Brembo ECS Kit eventually.

Have you thought about an RS4? RS4 Has 420HP does 0-60 in 4.1 seconds, 0-100 9.8 and 1/4 mile in 12.80 @110mph.

*These mods are similar to what are available on the S4's.

I'd go RS4. Or wait and maybe ABT will built a supercharger for it!

s5 is sooo hot. i was looking into them the other day, 56K with the options i want, pretty much loaded. 350 hp, plus intake chip and exhaust will get you over 400, and bone stock i saw a test today they run 13.3@105.X

not bad, the car is sexy and the interior reminds me of a pre bangle bmw interior.

how does pre-bangle interior look like? I really don't have a clue, I don't think I was even legal to drive yet, but if it's like the e46 3/M series then you gotta be kidding me =)

You are gonna need plenty of mods to make that power acceptable. I just test drove one yesterday, completely unimpressed with the engine performance, this is coming from an E46 M3.

MTM is already developing a supercharger kit, which should push it to 500HP.
