Agreed. I have 20" wheels so I went a tad softer. Personal preference. Sometimes I like the couch experience. Another reason to buy Michelin. I've never had a flat spot issue with them.

Have changed pressure down a bit to EDITED 42F/36.5R. Seems to handle certain bumps and road conditions better. The Mich PSS have excellent turn-in and grip, far better than the stock Pirelli P Zero. The car feels more predictable to me too and seems to turn in a bit tighter. Braking and straight speed has an abundance of grip too. Will never go back to the Pirelli P Zero.

UPDATE: June 16, 2014 and am really loving the Mich PSS tires. Continue to be impressed with their performance and lower wear, which is far better than the stock Pirelli P Zero. They also do not 'flat spot' when parked for extended periods (a week+) like the P Zero often did.

Tire rotation question

Just installed new Michelin 275/35zr20 Super sports. Live near San Francisco so these will be year round tires. I don't go to the snow with this car. My question is about rotation. The owners manual says not to move tires from front to back or back to front. The Bentley dealer confirms this but said some customers insist on rotating so they do it once at 5000 miles but not again. Any experience or opinions?

I rotate them. Am curious if anyone knows the alignment front and rear and if the spec is so wide that rotation causes abnormally high wear.

Just switched My fathers 2013 GTC to 274/40/10 P Zero Nero, Cole at Tire Rack recommended them as a lower cost alternative. At 11,000 Miles the OEM PZeros were toast. My Father is 70, he just putts around town with the car, so going to a 400 TW tire from a 200TW made sense.

I got only 10'000 out of the last set of Michelin PS AS/3 but went with another set of the same because I like the ride and performance along with the must of the all season tires. Oh I also got them for $400 because of the warranty on the milage allowance. I do not think any tire will go over 25'000 miles on one these cars.
