I am good with electronics, i build my own drones, so I am handy with a soldering iron and wiring mainly. There should be a 54pin connection to the a av tuner if my memory serves me right and I'll need to tap into the third row of pins.
When I purchased my car it had all type of stuff in it dealing with the radio. Let me see what all it is and see if any of it would be useful for you to go off of.
Ok....snapped a few pictures. The car video interface I think was connected to this big Alpine thing. I never really played with it, I just snatched it out after the car was dropped off. I do remember seeing a video on this same box and how it worked.
I belive that's our way in the apline box if my memory serves me right was the setup for the rear entertainment screens and was set up to feed into av one.
The pin numbers r there but I am not sure if it'd for the analog or digital tuner. Regardless the alpine box is the solution, the cable that goes into the tuner is the av input.
I have emailed a few companies regarding there head unit integration. Next set is to strip the boot to see what I have to work with mainly the tuner. If I can identify the pins I'll make single pin connectors and tap into the av that way. After that I'll make a harness or buy one online.
