With the car stationery & with the ignition on when you press the button to raise the spoiler it should go up in one sweep and when pressed to retract (close) it should go down in 3 stages ... You are saying when you press the button to raise the spoiler it goes up in 3 stages, so when you press the button to retract it does it close in one sweep or 3 stages ...
