I have posted on this same problem previously but after bringing it to a new show, they were able to get the suspension dialed back in but the height adjustment doesn't respond. All codes are resolved on the computer but still nothing. The shops thinks perhaps the previous place replaced them with nonadjustable versions ( These are Arnotts and it sounds like but not sure that makes sense to me. Currently, it keeps air and is able to refill but I just can't adjust the height. I am wondering if maybe it has something to do with the new radio head unit. Wasn't sure if maybe wiring there could be related to this issue. Does anyone have any experience with that?
Hello @DR3ADKN0T ,
As far as non adjustable, that only has to do with are-not's new in-house design, and it only has to do with the dampening of the strut, not the height of the vehicle by inflation of the airbag on the strut, your height control should still work, I do recall asking others if the Ben-Hur and the tesla style unit retained all functions of suspension, I do not recall getting an answer at the moment, it very well could be the new radio, a quick check would be to swap the original unit in, if you still have it.
I was looking at my tesla screen to make sure nothing was unplugged and was tempted to swap back in the Benhur but when i looked at it. I saw that Benhur has no buttons for anything related to the suspension. It's all heating and cooling functions. which makes me think that the head unit is not related to this at all. Do you think its work swapping back in the old Benhur headunit to test?
Hello @DR3ADKN0T ,
The Ben-Hur head unit does control the suspension settings by using the up and down arrow buttons 5 & 13, and the factory buttons on the console labeled 39 & 40.
Just for clarification, when you are talking about adjustable height, as we only have two settings, I take it that the vehicle won't lift up to it's high setting, and only stays at it's one normal position.
Tell us, or better yet, post some pictures of what happens on the tesla screen when you press either of the factory suspension buttons (39&40) on the center console.

on the Tesla system, you select vehicle settings and midway down the list is suspension. The height settings are listed as General and advanced
the console buttons will only give you jack mode when both are pressed for 5 secs or so.
The dash will display the height selection

Based on the feedback I swapped backed in the benhur and it started working again. Unfortunately the LCD screen is broke so hard to read but suspension is responding again. If I can get the backup camera working I may just keep it with the benhur for now.
