Nitrous on 07' 550i

Looking to add a 100 hundred shot of nos to my car...
What experiences do you guys have with nos in the BMW 4.8 litter?
Thanks for thoughts and advice,
Thomas

Don't think it's been done before. At least not to my knowledge. You're asking for trouble trying to spray a factory stock TTV8.

Just buy exhaust and software and be done. To build a properly setup kit to spray just about any newer BMW you are talking $$$$. It's more complex than just buying a $600 dollar generic junk kit.

You should try over on bimmerforums, I know there are a few m5's on there that spray. From what I understand, as long as you set it up right, you should be fine.

the n62 throttle remains open under normal oporation. Valvetronic is what controls running op. So you would need to have a direct port system made and have someone very experienced tune it. The valvetronic/shafts/levers that makeup the system arent overly stout either. Which is probably why you dont see this done, at least I havent seen ever
