PSE for a 987? Exhaust opinions?

I'm in the proscess of getting an exhaust for my recently acquired 987 and was wondering if there is a "PSE" for this car? Anyone else here have an exhaust on their car? Opinions? Suggestions? I'm thinking Tubi, but not sure if its worth it.

Depends on what you want...Sound or Power gains? I've heard Tubi sounds great but you don't really ge any power gains. I'm looking at Miltek and AWE exhaust for my CaymanS. They both look great and have dyno proven gains.

I'm thinking more of an even balance....but i love the sound of tubi, but at that price i can get a lot more done....how about the difference between fabspeed, miltek and awe?

Miltek is a true dual exhaust and fabspeed/awe use stock tips or tips just like stock tequipment tips. Also Miltek has the best proven power gains and the quietest.

Porsche does have a Sport exhaust availible for the 987 and Cayman, its list price is $1933.24, although i have yet to here it im sure its up to par, the thing about the PSE's is there are no power gains and they are as heavy as the stock unit, but the PSE ussaully has the best sound IMO,

Cheers

Would that require the "sport" button to be installed too? or it can run as is?

I think you can get it for sport/or non sport. Suncoast has two different ones listed, but I'm not sure.

the PSE can be run without the sport chrono, it will just be in the open or on postion all the time, the sport exhaust switch can also be added if you want the switch
