Edmonton Run June 28/08 - who's in???
Anyone up for a day trip on Saturday June 28?
I'm thinking we leave Edmonton early (sorry Pro!, but I'm thinking leave by 8 a.m. latest), head down through Red Deer to the David Thompson highway into the parks, then up towards Jasper for lunch.
After lunch, head to Miette Hot Springs (mostly for that road) before heading back to Edmonton via Hwy 16...
Total distance about 965 km...
A longer day to be sure, but it would be a lot of fun...

Haven't been to one of your gatherings yet, but a nice jaunt for a good soak would be a fine start.
Either 22 or 28 works. Let me know which seems to pan out. Got a buddy who just picked up a new Saturn sky turbo. I'm mention it to him aswell.

I saw a silver turbo two days ago at the corner of 111st and Saddleback Road. Around 7 PM I think. Was it you? Nice looking car either way

I was in a Hummer, so I didn't think a honk and a wave would be recognized as a Porsche thing, in fact you might have thought it was more like a move over or I'll roll over ya kind of thing

PRO - tried the edit thing and it does change the title of the opened post, but the thread title in the "Canada" section still only shows the 22nd... d'oh!
I will start a new thread for the 28th for people to chime in on and that will replace this thread...
