Finally Happened, Dinged!!!
So yesterday I get out after driving around the City a bit and as I'm walking by the front of my Cayenne,
BOOM!!!!!! I see it, a nice big quarter size dent with a good sized chip to go with it. Car will go into the shop after the New Year and get fixed, but darn it hurts me to the core, to see her all bruised and bantered like that.

I think it was a rock,but if it was a rock from the freeway, in the the past whenever I have had one hit my car, the sound of it happening is always quite audible and specific, and I didn't hear anything.
So who knows where it came from.

truly sorry...Must be nasty rock..

Sorry about your first ding. I'm sure I'll get one eventually. Question is, when. It's funny though, I'm not as worried or careful with my Cayenne than I am with my 911. I guess because it's an SUV and I treat it as such.

Picked up my Cayenne on Monday night. Drove to work Tuesday and Wednesday and washed the car Thursday, and saw it...someone had hit my bumper, scratching it. Made me VERY sad but was thankful I was the only person to have driven it and know I didn't hit anyone so may Karma bite the person who hit my bumper! I look at it as a battle scar. Can't worry about it.
