Yes you can keep your airbag. Seems there will be no coding necessary.

You don't need the adapter. This is pre-facelift 958.1 steering wheel to pre-facelift 958.1 sport steering wheel.

Adapter is needed to install facelifted 958.2 steering wheel in a pre-facelift 958.1 car.

This is a 958.2 steering wheel.


To make it work on a 958.1 car, you need the adapter.
