So much for my theory that people who order the paint matched lip are more careful.

Yikes. At leats the bumper is intact. For the benefit of doubt, the car could have rolled forward. You really need to crank up on the handle with PCCB's. I had mine slowly roll down the driveway. Luckily, I was in it.
