Hating winter already...

Who else is hating winter already? All i want to do is take the GT3 out for a spin but its 35 degrees and those MPC tires are not gonna stick to anything. All i can do is stare at the beauty in the garage. Bring back summer!

I'm still driving mine in the freezing temperatures. But I put on a set of winter tires, so I'm good to go!

Hmm. That's odd. I love the winter. Think it'll be 80 degrees today
(but it does get into the high 110's on a regular basis in the summer, so it all evens out)

Well, here in northern VA winter generally sucks, but my car has the Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires and I think the car should be fine in dry weather, regardless of temperature.

My wife's car is a BMW 328xi and we have a 4 x 4 Tahoe for bad weather, so I will not be putting different tires on the GT3.

Winter sucks more than ever for me as well, but that won't stop me from driving. It's even colder here in Chicago at 25 degrees and although it snowed 5" yesterday, the roads are dry today. MPSC seem to drive fine in these cold temps, you just have to be cautious. Sure, the grip, braking, and traction are compromised, but it's still worth the drive. 35 degrees is nothing... go out and enjoy the car!

Winter is mod and maintenance time for me.
I did plow 8-10 inches of snow today. Fun to have seat time in the tractor, but sucks to see the Porsche in a coma.
Welcome to the Middle Finger of the Fingerlakes.

35 in the dry?

I would take it out. Sure grip will be less, but its not like you have to do, 10/10th driving on the street.

Wet/snow is different and winter tires a must.

And for me: my car is hibernating, under a car cover. I dont even get to see it. This is going to be a long winter.

0F this am round here. Colder than a witches tit as some may say.

It it's cold, but dry, I'll drive the GT3. It'll only be to get from point A to B tho.
