Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has an old desktop tower setup (not too outdated and still moderately fast, good storage etc) that they aren't using.

Thinking of building a mini entertainment center as well as backup a lot of my work files from my almost dying laptop.

any suggestions would be great, i'm in the oc.

hmm assuming that i can build a pretty good new one for 4-500 (i dont need monitor, keyboard, etc)

couple hundred max?

 

i have a sweet custom build dual AMD Opteron 846 processor computer with all top of the line components. It's not working right now though and I don't have the computer knowledge to fix it. I think it's something as simple as a connector being loose.

If you're interested, I'd probably sell for 500 or so. Let me know and I'll try to send a full component list.

thx guys, i'm also not particularly versed in computer tech so 500 is a bit steep for something I'd still have to mess with. (although it does sound nice)
