yeahh! you're going to make the drive! so, sounds like 10 am at XXX! we want you to plan the route! lol! sounds like a GREAT drive!!! plus...hamburgers! your idea to take some pictures of the cars with the fall colors is great! i guess josh wants to know the route and he'll print maps for us all! i only know how to get to salmon la sac...after that....CLUELESS! lol! soooo.....we are all in your hands!

any length of time works for me!

I do not know these roads so if you can email me the route and I will make maps for everone on Sunday.

Now we need to get Gary, Bruce, Vincent, Mark and the others to come out...I think this may be one of the last drives into the mountains for the year.

 

Here's a plan: Meet at 10 am Sunday (rain, clouds or sun makes no difference) at the Issaquah XXX. Take I-90 to Preston/Fall City exit go to Fall City, turn onto SR 202, rejoin I-90 East at North Bend, take exit 37, rejoin I-90 East, take Denny Creek Exit and take the Denny Creek Rd up to the summit. Continue on I-90 to Bull Frog Flats, Salmon La Sac exit (the exit after the Weigh Station). Turn left off of exit proceed about 3-4 miles to STOP. Bear left going into Roslyn. Continue through Roslyn then Ronald go to the end of the road or to a convenient photo op spot. Turn around go back to the #3 Tavern in Ronald for a late lunch. This should get us back to Seattle before 4 baring any drama along the way.

 

Issaquah - Fall City Rd would be an option if traffic permitted.

Hey guys, I'd much rather leave earlier if possible. Can we meet up at 8:30 am instead of 10? Yeah, pull yourselves out of bed earlier!

 

i personally prefer 10, but i can make whatever time work. last time we had an 8:30 drive, only 4 of us made it! hahaha! that's okay, though. we got to meet Jay! and had some great pancakes, thanks to daryl's suggestion!

maybe if you go to each and every one of their homes and poke them with a cattle prod, you may be able to get them up earlier!

ben, sy, wade, todd, and the other 1/2 of the 6speeders that cut out 1/2 way on the n. cascades drive several wednesdays ago....

perhaps if jason leaves at 8:30, we'll catch up to him if we leave at 10:00. Isn't that what happened that day he did the "turn and burn" ? we caught him eventually!

if you come by to say hello, we will hook your car up to ours and tow you! we'll make you do the drive! there is NO turning back! no..no...i'm not a mean boxstergirlie! i won't tow you! it would be great to have you stop by, even if you can only do a partial run and just to say "hello".

BTW....I have extra walkie talkies if anyone needs to borrow them!
