Hi,

Anyone else had this issue? My PCM is stuck, no audio at all, I can select the tuner (but no sound), if I try to select any other source I get "Loading medium..." and it just sits there. I've tried pulling the fuses but still no joy, I can take it back to the dealer but it's out of warranty now...

Any negatives to disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to ensure everything resets?

 

Perhaps you can try to do a PCM reset and see if it fixes the problem.

 

First thing I tried, both Factory and Vehicle Handover...

 

Disconnecting the battery does no harm; cleared gremlins a couple of times for me.

Timo - if you have no audio at all then your amplifier is dead, this is what was wrong with mine. I bought a "nearly new" one from ebay and installed it myself. Here's the post:

But the Amplifier is not the problem. If I connect my Iphone with the headunit normaly I can play music via Bluetooth. But now that's not possible...
And the headunit accept the discs but it don't play this.

I don't know what it is, but I think it is a Software problem.

 

Then yes, dealer trip I think.
