What exactly is partial leather

I bought my first Panamera and I'm just getting to know the car, I noticed the seats, first impression they kind of look like leatherette and smell, is the partial leather a plastic seat?? My Cayenne and 991 seats are softer then this seats and feel different

Thanks for any info

I could be wrong, but I thought partial leather means leather on the middle seat cushions and leatherette on the seat backs and surrounds (including bolsters).

In your pick, that would mean that only the perforated material is leather.

I can't tell what's leather or not but nephew is right. Means only certain parts of the seat are leather. What parts those are, I'm not sure. lol

honestly I can not tell on my seat what is leather or what is leatherette lol
I was looking at the configurator and looks like the partial leather is the standard in the basic cars, I guess thats what I think I have

I believe I have partial leather in my P4S.. One thing I notice that isn't leather is the dashboard. I saw a turbo in the showroom at my dealer not too long ago and the dash was noticeably nicer than mine..

Leather dashboards are definitely an option in most model lines but are easy to tell - you can see the sewn seams. Same with the door panels.

From the Porsche configuration for the partial leather for the base Panamera:

Covered in Partial Leather
- Seat centers and inner side bolsters (front and rear)
- Center and inner side sections of headrests (front and rear)
- Door armrests and handles (front and rear)
- Center console armrest incl. front section
- Upper section of folding center armrest (rear)

hey all i got leather cleaner for the panamera and i have the base standard leather, based on the above i can use the leather cleaner on the seats and bolsters / the door armrests / the center console armrest and the cup holder piece in front of it? is that correct for the leather parts on a 2010 panamera S?
