Just swap coils and see if the misfire follows the coil. I had to replace my coils and they didn't show visual failure.

coils swapped, how long should i wait to see if the code shows up on the cylinder that i switched the ignition coil to? also when there is a misfire what does it feel like while in the vehicle? ill post pics of my tail pipes to see if there are symptoms from there

Try to rev it up high to cause it to misfire. My engine would actually vibrate badly and lurch once the coil was malfunctioning.

should i rev it up high and see if it misfires with car in park? or does it need to be done while on the road?

Question

Did you ever get this sorted out? I know it has been a while, but I am curious. I am having a similar issue with Cylinder 8 misfire codes. I replaced my coil/plug and I am still getting it.
