Big Boy Turbo smokes at high RPM
Still no dyno results yet cuz the OEM scavenge pump can't keep up with the turbo oil feed rate at high RPMs. We suspect it's due to our current single outlet drip tank setup which has no breather/vent causing a vacuum related issue in the return line or at the pump. This OEM pump has been rebuilt & resealed twice and drains the tank at idle just fine, but when we turn up the RPM we get oil backing up in the drip can until it causes oil to flow through the turbo brgs into the exhaust making smoke.
We are planning to add a gravity drain in addition to OEM pump, so here's what our new duel outlet drip tank will look like:

Bigger fuel pump required
In order to run 1.2 bar of boost with acceptable AFRs I had to add a new Bosch 044 racing fuel pump up front. It's about twice the size of the OEM pump and will surly get me a speeding ticket
1st drive to work this year
This car is crazy fast at the low boost setting of 0.08 bar. Hi boost is set at 1.2 bar but I'm afraid I will get in trouble with the authorities if I use it
