No Sport PASM option for 991.2 GTS Targa?

Have a '19 Targa on order and when building I couldnt option it with SPASM. What gives?? Available on the coupe but not on Targa? I may have to buy freaking sport PASM springs and install to get the extra 10mm lowering that SPASM gives. (aside from aftermarket but rather get the factory spring) Anyone know the deal here?

Sorry, SPASM is available on GTS Coupe models only.
Not only are the springs harder and shorter, the anti-roll bars are stiffer.

I have a Targa GTS and the stance is fine, especially with the rear wheel offset.

No SPASM option because it’s a boulevard car not a race car. This is according to the head of 911 chassis development at Porsche.

I disagree, but if you like the 4X4 wheel gap, that's cool.

Im sure the head of development said that...cause there's so many boulevards in Germany to do cruise nights on.

Let's not exagerate...the gap on 911s is probably one of the better ones looks-wise. And the engineers at Porsche do what they do for a reason so if you want to lower it to the point of no gap make sure you only drive in a straight line, on perfectly flat roads.

This is how the factory should have set ride height IMO. Ended up putting Techart springs in. Couldn't be happier with look and ride.

Really?! You probably like 50mm spacers as well.

OP - get the car and drive it a little before you decide to lower it as you may like it the way it is, especially with some mild spacers, and take the time to look into lowering options on Rennlist. I am having PCCBs put on mine in the next 2 weeks and putting some mild spacers on as well and I can post a pic to show you what that setup looks like.
