Anything is possible. Compiled code leaves the end result and erases the method by which that end result was achieved.

ok, thanks for being honest. now we all know. can you write a program for any over the counter turbo? or even better yet, how about custom programs with differing mods?

I just made Todd K. aware of this thread's existance. I'm sure he'll post a response when he has time.

FYI...there's no "conspiracy" whatsoever, but it's funny how some people always seem ready to jump to that conclusion.

I'm not a sponsor on this site yet so I will not solicit any work, Sorry. I only joined to exchange information so that things did not get out of hand. These forums have a habit of going way out to left field sometimes.

"Comical", huh? In regard to verified straight-line acceleration times/numbers of street-driven Porsches?

How about you show me a more accurate and comprehensive list than that one? I'd really love to see one.

That was in reference to a comment made about overall Porsche's in general, meaning EVERYWHERE. That's flat out incorrect, ive heard/read/seen some ridiculous things produced over in Europe, not to mention 9ff has several 800+ car;s and numerous other manufacturers/independant car's that arent listed. Again the list is awesome, but is not the top of the top, we do not know of EVERY car lol, same can be said about anything though.

not trying to take away from your hard work and effort put into it Scott, you know this.

Some of, if not all of, the fastest privately owned Porsche street cars in Europe and the Middle East post their acceleration times on Rennlist's 60-130 list and 100-300kph list using the same equipment we use. Our top cars have already beaten their times in the areas that we're able to directly compare (60-130 and 100-200 kph...since we rarely have the chance to get up to 300 kph in the US).

Almost all of the highest HP factory tuner Porsche out there (9ff, RUF, Manthey, Gemballa, etc...) have had their cars tested in acceleration runs as well. Thier 100-200 kph times can be found with ease on the internet.

Guess what? Our top cars beat them as well.

"Hearing" that a car is fast without proof is nothing but a rumor until proven otherwise. So feel free to try and find proof of quicker street Porsches out there.

No...I'm confident that in terms of straight-line acceleration, the fastest cars from Protomotive and EVOMS have nothing to worry about from any other street-Porsches anywhere in the world (except Bello's car, of course...which I also have in my list).

I will only say that you should support the sponsors on this forum.

Protomotive
Vivid
Imagine
FVD
GIAC
REVO
etc

Otherwise I'm always happy to talk about technologies within reason and Porsche in general etc. This site has rules and I will not bend them.

Bottom line is, you are CONFIDENT, not SURE.

Not a big deal, the car's listed are indeed fast as hell, in those categories. I feel elsewhere, they test a whole different aspect of the car, but of course it's much harder getting a 100-200mph reading or something like that here in the states without having humongous one's.

Let me take a look at this list again!
