E85 / Proefi 996TT
Here's some pics of the build and some of the components.
There's really not a lot to show as far as the gearbox but
heres some pics of the ERP clutch and the CMS side billet
plate. I don't have pics of the gt2 gears.

Spoke with Randy very briefly yesterday...
He's making some good power, over 700whp on low(er) boost. He said that car actually scares the **** out of him. The acceleration pulled all the suction devices off his windshield/dash.
He should have her all sorted out tonight... hopefully...

Brother, that is the voice of experience lol! It aint hard making power with Proefi and corn, it's an entirely different subject with drivability!
It's come a ways in the last several days. It's no princess but it's getting
there.
I drove this thing a couple night ago and it is insane. My 60-130 is most
likely gonna be high 3s / low 4s. Rolling anti-lag is full boost at 3500 rpms
in 3rd or 4th or wherever you want it. When it hits all hell breaks loose.
First time I've ever been scared in a car lol! Imagine traction control
that doesn't rob power. Imagine all the power your car has to offer being
transferred to the ground....... That's the car Evoms will deliver to you!
There's been a smear campaign aimed at ProEfi . liars can figure but figures don't lie.
Best of luck to you on your car and the little preview I got tells me you
won't be disappointed

We've revamped the fuel delivery ( thank you prodigy
) and tuning is 3/4way done. We'll be back on the Dyno Thursday evening or Friday morning.
We fully expect to make 800 at 26 lbs (1200 hp on AMS dyno) The ProEfi is amazing!
There's no way to get this much usable performance out of the stock ecu. I have
5 boost settings and this car would kill my alpha 28 setup on setting #3!
It accelerates so fast, you can not open it up if there are cars within
a couple hundred feet. btw, I haven't been to setting #5 yet

and 'Ludes
I'm curious about this as well cause my front diff is shot. However, I fear for my safety should I do a RWD conversion lol.
No ludes or LSD in 20 years

I'm not running a LSD because the car will see the track less then a dozen times a year. LSD on the street is nervous and "twitchy". I guess you could but I don't.
And yes, you def need to try your car RWD for a few days then make up your mind. It's a matter of taste but independent of taste, it reduces rotating mass and the car accelerates faster. For my taste,
it makes the car feel alive and it handles in true 911 fashion.

You'd be surprised. I have no complaints and I actively seek out challenging roads.
ProEfi has reduced wheel spin to such an extent that you would have to
drive it to believe it. It's easy to understand how Evoms got the 9.1 in
the 1/4.

I have imperceptible spin in 1st and 2nd and it does anything but rob
power like the PSM. It just catapults forward in an almost seamless
fashion. So far I'm amazed.......don't wanna be negative but I'm not used to this much luck when it comes to Porsche. I wonder when the
sky is going to start falling???
turbos along with your food stamp card and cell phone?

Congrats on the girl my friend! I have 4 boys and every sonogram
I let out a huge sigh of relief lol!
second that! rwd conversion is way more fun ! i have the gt700 with super fast spooling a28 and crappy nito invo tire and still have good traction in second gear when tire are hot NO LSD !there is no one wheel only spinning .
i think that high speed curve with lsd would be dangerous in bumpy condition but not an expert and correct me if wrong
