E85 / Proefi 996TT

ps.. rep pts for freakiest fetishistic car build thread ever! go bradl....... err, chelsea manning LOL
Corey, Weldon is old skool and has quite a pedigree. The Bosch units are
tried and true but they won't put up with the power this car is making.
They said, F you when it hit 22 lbs of boost! We drove and tuned
today and it is probably 75% there. We have about 10 hours
tomorrow and I'll hit the road.
I'm looking forward to hearing about your setup! I can only hope that
you didn't make some of the financial mistakes I did during the build!
I could have opened a used 996 turbo dealership for this money!

I'm anything but a cheapskate but jeez.....
Looking forward to your videos. I will have mine after the event Saturday

I'm starting to feel better lol! It's one of those misery loves company
things I guess!
You are the one fellow on 6 speed that makes me feel semi-normal
I don't see how these guys call these units "plug and play" with a
straight face. They ought to have someone doin rim shots in the
background.
It's like, " Hey, I got a perpetual motion machine and beachfront
property in Iowa for sale and...... er... a plug in play engine
management for Porsche turbos." ( rim shot )
It probably wouldn't sell if they told you that it was gonna cost you
10-15k to change out the Porsche ems for xyz system. The
package should include a warm bath and a box of razor blades.
I'm joking between fits of moaning and gnashing of teeth. Every time
I speak with Jason at ProEfi, I get the distinct smell of brimstone.
And I'll see you at the deep end of the pool, Sam

Dick and I will be waiting.....

I thought your second home was the back of my Porsche for about 5 months at the Toy Box just because it was the most comfortable place ever!
So far my PnP this time has gone much better, but it is more of a PnL (Plug and Learn). Which is not bad at all because need to get familiar with this software before I pawn it off on a certain good friend that happens to be known world wide for his tuning LOL! He may not know that just yet but.... LOL!
right? my ( ahem
) contributions and temperment here mirror that of "real" life. it can be lonely at the top... the big top, that is!
did ya hear the recent one about the rodeo clown got sent to sensitivity training for wearing an oboma mask!? this used to be such a great country
in other car news, while you build your veyron killer. i put screens in my grills. ..they look kinda like braces
but what i really wanna know is... is your car gonna spit flames when done?!

Randy had had some good results guys. On a heartbreaker dyno with 90% humidity too. These are on E70. At 27psi he hit his goal.
I love the curve and consistency at 24-25psi. Great stuff Randy. Enjoy it!
Look how flat the run is at 22psi
Graphs a few posts down
