what is this plug its leaking

It's leaking from that plug can anyone tell me what is it and what size is that also I think its missing gasket ? This is rear passenger side

Possibly axel seal flinging oil.

Yep ... looks like the axle seal is leaking. Might want to check your trans fluid level.

I revised the picture, Its leaking from that -plug- I checked very carefully, and I see that seal is dry- I'm not sure what kind plug is that, I tried different size -hex bits.

first thing i would do is completely clean the entire area. then look to see were its leaking from. at first glance it looks like an axle seal. but its so greasy its hard to tell

yah ill do that, just use wd40 and clean the spot dry, and inspect it next day- also it looks like I need to replace front outer Bots, both sides HAHA it never ends.

You could also add dye to the trans fluid. Most auto parts store sell the dye and the light to detect the leak.

no need to do all that. buy a can of women's soft and dry anti per spirant. spray it all over the affected area when its clean and let it dry. it dries to a white powder. drive the car and then look underneath. it will absorb all the oil and show the trail easily

sounds like a Plan, btw this is more CLEAR to show you guys which plug i'm talking about.



I may also drive to porsche dealer and ask mech/parts guy , what kind of plug is that -

I also wonder, if its seal , which it could be, the way everything looks. How hard is to replace one, if not how much would cost
