they ALL suck... to clean. my solution ( really ) is not to bother. unless i get another detail person to do it. since i lost my weekly neighborhood detail guy, i rarely even wash the car.

so.. i'll just say. the darker the wheel, the better

One of the things I do is clean the wheel up well and then coat it with a product grim armor all that helps release brake dust. You spray it on and let it dry, try not to get it on wheels. The brake dust wipes off easily when this stuff is on and it seems to last awhile. It's not perfect but it certainly helps, several companies make products like it and it works better than wax.

Wheels showed to today. Bring them in tomorrow to get the wheels mounted and we will see how they fit.

Those look very nice ^^. What brand are they? Forged? Hard to tell, but the only concern I would have is with the size of the lug bolt openings. Will those wheels accept proper OEM lug bolts or studs with Porsche ball seat lug nuts? Some of the Asian made aftermarket wheels come with low grade aftermarket lug nuts that are woefully inadequate and unsafe, particularly for track driven cars. I think Mark was one of the guys that had a problem with his aftermarket lugs as he was breaking them on the street. Can't recall the type of wheels he had however.. I've seen cars loose wheels and it doesn't end well...

They are forgestar cf10s.
As for the lug nuts, I got a set of lugs with them when I ordered from need4speed motorsports but I may try using the oem ones even though they are sliver because of the floating ball caps on them. Hopefully I can put them on the car over the weekend. Ship is pretty full at the moment

agree, stance and ride height look as optimal as can be and all is on the edge, with not an 1/8 inch to spare.. it will ride as it looks. that's what we aim for. congrats!

Looks great but I would be really surprised if you didn't get any rubbing in the rear.
I hope you don't, though!

I don't think I will actually. The rear suspension does need to be adjusted up about half and inch. With the rolling and modding the liners as I did I have full travel to the sheet metal on the inside. We will see. The re11 tire are slightly shorter than they are suppose to be by calculations. Rear is 26.5 instead of 26.7 and front is 25.8 instead of 26.

Offset is perfect. Might add a 5mm spacer to the rear but will have to see after getting the rest of the rear suspension parts on and aligning it.

Just watch the lugs closely, you might want to read up on Mark's experiences if he'll link it. Quite the nightmare
