Congrats!!! on your purshase, it's fine piece of machinery. I use 5w 40 Mobil 1 every 7,000 miles. As for tires go with Michelin pilot sport if you can, I currently have a set of Maxxis Victra ma-z1. Got-em from a friend on a hook up price, to my surprise they've great!!!! Welcome to the forum.....

For the last 2 oil changes I have used a liquimoly top tech 0w40 oil, is is a german made oil, very highly rated. car feels better running with it, and after getting back oil analysis's the oil is in better shape after 10,000km.

As for tires I am running a Dunlop Sport Maxx GT and am very pleased with it, I dont track my car super often, but the way I use my car I thought they were very comparable to my PS2's at a fraction of the price.
