A pillar cover removal

Hi there,

I am looking to run a microphone cable and radar detector power wire down the A pillar to the fuse box. I searched for information on removing the cover but couldn't find definitive guides for a 2008 cab.

Do you just pull on the cover to release the metal clips? Or is there another way to do this? Wanted to make sure that I don't pull too hard before I hear the crack of the cover!

Jako, are you installing Bluetooth device? which one you are installing? Dension?
have you ever consider install microphone in OEC location with OEM microphone? I have read someone install mike in the OEM location with OEM's and with aftermarket's.

Hey. I've already installed the Denison BT500s. It's a good system. I was wanting to put the mic at the top of the headliner. Didn't think of putting it or splicing into the factory microphone. Do you have the DIY for this mod?

I remembered I saw someone talked about install OEM microphone on the steering column, but I am not sure if it can be used for Dension. what I understand is the OEC microphones has 2 pieces and not too expensive. if it is can be used for Dension, it will be better for OEM look.
Does anyone know about it?
