What did you do to your Aston today?
To make you feel better I was in a 25 MPH zone. Actually when people ask how fast have I gone - I typically answer 5 MPH over the speed limit. Don't need any tickets to raise my insurance. I actually drove my past V8's a lot more aggressively than the V12S, possibly because I'm getting older and slower, but also because 420-430 HP is about right for a maximum on city driving.
Yes, thanks... When I got my first Lagonda, I figured this car would be worth a million bucks some day (soon). That was in about 1990 I think. I paid $61,000 - over the next few years the price plummeted and eventually I sold it for $30K in perfect shape, other than it needed new shocks. The next one I paid $14K for , not the best of condition, but not bad. Then I paid $36K for a pristine Series 4 1988 with 8,000 miles. Wish I'd kept any of them, or all of them! It would be my Lagonda retirement plan.

i actually drive my DD Volvo V60 R Type wagon harder because I'm in it more...
Installed Velocity AP super sport muffler and cat deletes on my 2011 V8V. Doing a Velocity AP ECU tune after annual service on friday then a Catch Can from redpants over the weekend! (All parts supplied by redpants!) Sound is fantastic coming from stock, couldn't be happier.
Looks like your ready for a fill up! Great on your first tank! Excellent MPG.
It's super that your enjoying your Aston.

Installed a shorty antenna from Redpants after I picked up my new to me 07v8v. Small cost but big difference in appearance. Also had carbon fiber film applied to the door sills. Car has 30,000 miles and from the outside could be mistaken for New.
