It appears the wheels are directional (left and right side) on the DBS.
Below shows the passenger side on another dealership DBS giving a choice

Cool Polished and waxed for next cruise

Decided to try my new random orbital buffer.
I am happy with results and it was very easy to use...

Guess I should add the wife's SUV to the list

Exclamation Wilwood 2 piece rotors arrived

It was a long wait for the custom spec centre hubs but the rotors are off the shelf which is nice for future replacement.
While I was assembling them one had the mounting holes drilled in the wrong spot!
Not something I was expecting, but they made it right and provided another with free shipping to Canada.

I'm planning on making the extra rotor into a shop clock

This was another great day spent with my father who rode with me on the cruise.

Post British Car Day 2019

An event largest of its kind that I attend annually less than an hour from home.
Nice to see a growing number of Aston's each year with over 2 dozen representing early to present models.
I got a nice spot and then took in the show after detailing duties were over - here are some highlights...

My friend's Caterham 7

Club member's Vincent Black Shadow

I'm already looking forward to the next show!

I had plans to attend a British Car Show in Jupiter FL (about 20 min north of Palm Beach) on Easter weekend...

my daughter and I are James Bond fans and I had plans to prepped my car with machine guns on the hood and rockets by Q Branch to coincide with the Bond movie release... Cancelled by COVID 19... Does Canada still allow large group gatherings?

In Ontario currently ,no more than 5 people in a group or fines will be issued.

Post Time to get to work in the garage...

One of the positives having to stay home is getting more projects around the house done
The ones in the garage are the most fun and the weather hasn't been great so time to work on the Vantage

I started by removing the yellowed film from the the front bumper cover:

Turns out there was a previous repair on the driver's side I wasn't aware of:

I'll have to find a way to deal with that short and long term:

Also the plastic wear piece was broken and needs repair:

I was able the glue, sand and repaint it satin black - I'm happy with the results knowing it's a wear item easily replaced if it gets damaged again:

Next I will be jacking the car up onto four jack stands for the Wilwood brake upgrade and to install Velocity AP lowering springs

Nice Ryan, I was also thinking of the VelocityAP lowering spring but I have to wait until I have my HRE P101 install with the new Continental Extremecontact Sport in 255/35R19 and 305/30R19 to see how close they come to the fender edge before dropping the car. Hope you are going to show us some pictures once dropped.... Talk soon

Nice to hear from you handyman. Sounds like a nice tire size upgrade. I will definitely post photos all along the way of the re/re of the springs and after photos with measurements.
My goal is to be able to fit stock 19"x 9.5" rims on the front!

I have 19 x 9.0 ET40 in the front and 19 x 11.0 ET52 in the rear, right now running 245/40R19 and 285/35R19 but switching soon to new one as soon as they come in. 9.5 in front is doable but it will be close... I will take picture with my 255/35R19 on 9.0 with ET40 offset to show you once installed. I guess you will put 265/35R19 ???
