Warning to All 996TT and GT2 owners
Be on the look out for an E46 M3 with a PSHHH sound coming from it. A company called HP Freaks is developing a turbo kit for the M3.
Right now there test car is completely stock, stock internals, exhaust... and they are making about 800bhp (677rwhp) at 15psi. This combined with a 8000RPM redline and good gearing will make this a car to be reckoned with on highway pulls. The M3 can also have weight stripped out of it very easily. It is also a wonderful chasis as far as handling is concerned.
Moral of the story is that with an E46 M3 and about 30K you can have a carbon fiber bodied, 800HP, 3000lb beast

I love my E46 M3 to death, but I'd take a 996TT over it 7 days a week!
This kit sounds very promising, minus the $30k price tag. I don't think many will spend that much for a turbo kit- those that can just pick up 996 turbos and GT2s anyway

the price tag on the turbo kit is 16K. The aditional 14K was for every other modification needed, carbon hood, trunk, fenders, roof, race seats, cage, clutch, coils, and everything else need. When you consider that next to the cost of a GT700 kit with makes 700HP and this kit makes 800HP.
