M3 Daily Driver

Purchase my new daily driver this week, will take delivery next week.
Comments appreciated re first mods I should focus towards.
Thinking of:
1. Exhaust - recommendations ?
2. ECU upgrade ?
3. Lower Suspension or Lowered Springs.

Congrats!

I love how B&B, Eisenmann, and Rogue Engineering exhausts sound on the E46 M.

I would do suspension and wheels first. Look into upgrading your RSM's (Rear Shock Mounts). They are quite weak and don't last long. Ground Control and Rogue Engineering make some nice applications.

ENJOY HER!

Color is an Individual Color - Ruby Red, actually the only M3 in Australia in this color. I was looking for Black on Black then found this while search.

I actually would have preferred black, but the total package of the car was to good to refuse. One owner, fully loaded, 19,000km, full individual package. Color was built to order.

Very nice color indeed.
Suspension- springs & shocks (I have similar to PorscheC4), but also get some sway bars -- I recently added some, should have been right after the springs & shocks.
Intake - stock is fine, but upgrade the filter to a K&N dropin (or similar).
Exhausts - I have had the B&B luved it until it gave way on 1 end of the can, now I have the Eisenmann with Lemans tips.
ECU - get all of your engine mods installed (dropin filter & exhaust) and get her tuned.
