gallardo or f430

they're both nice cars for looking good and making lots of noise. ferrari is a better drivers car. the ferrari is roomier. ferrari sounds better to me, too. ferrari has a better gearbox and paddle shifter set-up. gallardo is still pretty damn cool, though, and those downshifts sound awesome. still a toss up for the street. on track, ferrari no question because i don't fit the gallardo.

There was a Gallardo there (GT2 spec) and it was F1 sick LOUD ...they do sound better than an F430 with a race exhaust, otherwise they sound quite tame to me.

I think I have to take back my words... I traded the GT3RS for and F430 Challenge and I have to admit enjoyed being noticed at the track. The Capristo race exhaust system sounds insane.

F430 Challenge to F430 GT2
Thanks! Maybe I'm not used to the way it steers but I swear it has more understeer than my GT3RS (had it out on the track once and although it was slightly damp, the car pushes quite a bit)
I'm considering a GT2 kit so I can run a wider front wheel/tire combo... The kit comes with wider wheel fenders, reclocates radiators, 18" forged wheels, wider front bumper, wider front splitter, Side fenders, mounting brackets. It's around 15k plus labor etc.
Anyone else do this to their F430 Challenge?

What kind of shocks are on the car - 2 way or 3 way adjustable?
Ferrari's are known to have understeer out of the box.
I'm sure you could set it up to eliminate the understeer without having to do a kit.
