Question 430 or Gallardo?

What would you rather get right now and why? Need opinions and comments, I will post more on why I am debating later on. Thanks all.

allanlambo has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Gallardo all the way. 430 is just a restyle of a boring old design.

I like both. If it were me, and $ was an object then I would get the Lambo. If no object then the 430. There is a 100K to 120K difference in price, right? Considering the aftermarket mark up or a 60K difference with out.

I personally don't care for the gallardo but for what money the 430 brings you could get a Murcie.

F430 hands down, better looks, interior, and performance. I Like the Gallardo don't get me wrong, but I think the F430 is a better car in almost every way. It is definetly not worth the markup over MSRP currently, therefor I would probley choose the Gallardo.

430 all the way! Gallardo's "Italian passion" has been watered down by too much German enginering. Plus, raiding Audi's parts bin doesn't help , either.

The only thing about the 430, is that right now it is very hard to find and it is kind of overpriced right now. This was exactly how the 360 was when it was new, but look now almost everybody owns one. The Gallardo is still a Lamborghini even though it may be a "Poor Man's Lambo" or "Audi," I would still get that.

Too much Audi in the mix for me. Compared to 430 or even 360, the Gallardo is nowhere near as intense a driving experience: heavier, tall gears, FWD. 430 all the way, I even chose the 360 over the G and never regretted it.

You should also look at Ferrari Chat's lamborghini section..

someone just wrote a GREAT writeup (and an honest one at that) about his Gallardo.

430, for some reason the G looks way to water downed and almost fake to me. I can't really explain what it is.

You are talking different price points. The F430 is selling for $280 - $300k right now so that puts you in Murcielago territory.

Get the Murcielago. It will eat an F430 for lunch.
