Test drove an M6

Went to Chaplins in Bellevue, they have a '06 M6 that I took out for a test drive. Those things are nice..!! I mean, it doesn't have the same 'raw' feeling as my 911TT.., but there is something nice about a quiet/squeak free interior plus 500hp that makes this car super nice to drive. Anyone driven one, and what are your takes on it. I know its comparable to a stock 911TT, aside from the 997TT.

Was a nice silver F430 in front of me as well.. I wanted to play but we forgot our dealer plates so I reluctantly laid off. But 520 East bound has some nice open lanes where the foot got quite heavy. Plus SMG is strange. Awesome.. but takes some time to get used to especially w/ all the computer enhancements this car has.

Anyways, just wanted to rant. I'm bored. Bye

-Bojan

Yeah, BMW has changed its design in years. Always have been a bimmer fan, have had a few E36 M3s and an E39 M5. I wasn't yet sold on the new Bangle inspired design, but I love them now. Especially the 3 series.. very slick. The M6 in person though is sexy. Very nice car. I don't think I would do a trade on the 996TT, but it is impressive enough to give it serious thought. If it were a stick rather than SMG, I might pull the trigger.

I have been in & played with a M6, they are beautiful & far nicer then the other 6's.

But didn't get to drive it. BMW M cars are great, but not for everyone.
