Hey all,

Do you guys know what these are? I have a hardwired radar that I installed (legal in my state) but have always wondered what these were in the front bumper.. I don't have laser shifters (illegal in my state) and if they serve no purpose, I will likely just remove them.



The wires seem attached somewhere but are dangly and I haven't followed them to their source so thought I'd ask the question here first!

 

K40 Defuser G5, i think....has those 5 bubbles in the corner. Not a standalone system so they must've removed the main radar device. Do you have the rear license plate jammer also?

 

Thanks man, that's exactly what they are! I did search but couldn't find one that looked like it. Only similar.

No rear ones, just on the front so now I know I can get rid of them

Anyone need some laser diffusers? 😉

 

They usually cram all the wiring, control box, interface, underneath at driver side. 4 screws and you should be able to open the cover...where the "obd" hook up is. Can probably sell them for decent amount, depending on its completeness

 

I may be interested if the system is complete.

Incomplete system as they evidently took the brain... but I have the shifters and radar 😁 Oh well... put in a bag for future reference just in case!

 

What kind of detector? They could also be laser detectors
