MadeThe Move To K16/16g Billets From Tony At EPL
I'm planning on doing some light porting on the stock headers when I install the billets. Kevin on rennlist has a couple diy threads about it. And there's one or two here too. Nothing crazy to be gained, but every little bit helps is how I view it.
So my 16gs i ran at 1.2 bars at 7.88 seconds 60-130mph on my buddies Gtec when i had my old turbos on.
Well these new billets at 1.1 to 1.2 bars i ran a 6.76 seconds 60-130mph tonight hmm thats flying what a difference im very happy..... Tony is this accurate numbers by a Gtec?

Just leaving this in here as some encouragement for ya as you continue to mod with the 16 billets.
My car hit 5.87 with 16Gs @ 1.5 bar and it did 6 second flat consistently @ 1.4. That's on the "cheap" version. I haven't heard of the expensive version doing those numbers. Todd (blackhorseturbo) had the previous record with a 6.33 and 10.7 1/4 with a 197 in the standing mile. He too had the cheaper version.
You should definitely talk to Markski. My best 60-130 before the Polish Porsche Meister was 7.3

Wow 5seconds thats just too fast lol haha. I guess tony and dave have me set up perfectly whats funny is i havent upgraded to his next fuel package yet. These runs were done at 50 degrees outside.
Let me take a guess MAF blown again lol damn it this is my 4th MAF. The EVOMS intake probably doesnt help. Well it did last for 3 months LOL, I also get hesitation at low RPM in first it like stumbles Should i take off the MAF sensor and try it?
You should change back to a stock air box.........
Intake is your problem. Put your stock airbox and filter back in, you will never know the difference and all your problems will go away. If you chose not to, buy 3 or 4 MAF's at a time,because you will use them up...
My car made almost 600whp with all stock intake piping, IC's and airbox...with original MAF. Never blew one.
